IELTS uses a band score system from 1–9. It's widely accepted in Malta, Italy, Hungary, Bulgaria, and most European countries. The speaking test is face-to-face with an examiner.
TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language)
TOEFL uses a score from 0–120. It's widely accepted in the USA and Canada. The entire test, including speaking, is computer-based.
